By using Sharer, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.
You may use Sharer only for lawful purposes. You may not use Sharer to create, share, or promote content that violates applicable laws or the terms of third-party platforms (such as Instagram or Facebook).
Sharer provides AI-generated captions and hashtags. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the output is appropriate, complete, or effective for every use. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all content before posting.
Sharer does not collect or store any personal data on external servers. All settings, preferences, and generated content are stored locally on your device or in your iCloud account. Optional social integrations (like posting to Instagram) are handled through official APIs with your permission.
If you choose to link your social media accounts, you grant Sharer temporary access to perform actions (such as caption generation or posting) through the respective platform’s official API. We do not store your credentials or platform data.
Sharer does not use cookies in the mobile app. Our website may use basic cookies for analytics and functionality. You can adjust browser settings to block cookies if desired.
Sharer is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we discover that we have inadvertently gathered data from a child, we will delete it immediately.
We may suspend or restrict access to the app at our discretion, especially in cases of misuse, abuse, or breach of these terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new terms. We encourage you to review this page regularly.
The Sharer app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the app will meet your expectations.
